Class Name:	Beginning of Year SpS Coordinator Training (CLASSIC)
Class Description:	Are you a new Special Education Coordinator using SpS Classic? Or maybe you have been doing this job, but would like a refresher on the Administrator options/processes in SpS Refresh?  If so, this training is for you! We will review the following in SpS Classic: Completing documents and options after completing Update on Security Roles and processes Explanation and options for Case Management or district access for teachers and Service Providers Viewing and printing the EMIS Data Collection Form Running Reports Discussion of the bulk update of SpS Data to EMIS Discussion of HelloSign, electronic signing software and how it works with SpS Classic Update on Special Education Software Choices for 2022-2023 This training will be held at NCOCC located at 1495 W. Longview Ave in the video lab. This will be a demonstration training in a classroom setting, but feel free to bring your own device if you would prefer to be hands on and follow along.
