Class Name: Beginning of Year SpS Coordinator Training (REFRESH)
Class Description:

Are you a new Special Education Coordinator using
SpS Refresh?  Or maybe you have been doing this job for
awhile, but would like a refresher on the Administrator
options/processes in SpS Refresh? If so this training is
for you!

We will review the
following in SpS Refresh:
  • Completing
    Documents and using filters to search for these documents
    after completing
  • Update on Security Roles and
    processes
  • Viewing and/or managing Case Management
    Classes for your staff
  • Viewing and printing the
    EMIS Data Collection form
  • Running Reports

  • Discussion of the bulk update of SpS Data to
    EMIS
  • Discussion of HelloSign, electronic signing
    software and how it works with SpS Refresh

  • Update on Special Education Software Choices for
    2022-2023
This training will be held
at NCOCC located at 1495 W. Longview Ave in the video
lab.
This
will be a demonstration training in a classroom setting,
but feel free
to bring your own device if you would prefer to be hands
on and follow
along.
